Wojciech Hipnarowicz
The head of the Entrepreneurship and Investor’s Support Department. A graduate from the Law and Administration Department of the Silesia University in Katowice and Higher School of Banking in Wrocław. His duties include creation and implementation of strategic programmes related to the economic development of Racibórz. He is also responsible for coordination of the overall investor support as well as promotion of the economic potential of Racibórz in Poland and abroad.

Krzysztof Szczuka
A clerk in the Entrepreneurship and Investor’s Support Department. A graduate from the Law and Administration Department of the Polonia University in Częstochowa and the Administration Department of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Kraków University. He is responsible for investor support, promotion of investment sites available in Racibórz as well as cooperation with business support institutions.
